About Us

Michael "Mike" has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985. He earned his  B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and began his career in public accounting in 1981, bringing four years of hands-on experience before opening his own practice in Fremont, California in 1985. 

For over four decades, Michael has been committed to going above and beyond for his clients, combining deep technical expertise with genuine personal attention.  His quick wit and easy sense of humor put clients at ease, turning what could be stressful meetings into productive, even enjoyable, conversations.

Mike has been a devoted basketball coach for various Fremont schools since the early 90's. In 2002, he founded Fremont Shakers, a non-profit organization which develops young baller's technique, skills and love for the game. 

Mike resides in Fremont, California with his wife, Susan. Outside the office, he cherishes time with his ten grandchildren and can often be found on the weekends enjoying a game of basketball with family.  

Jason has worked in accounting since joining the firm in 2008 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2014. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Bethany University in 2006, where he was also a member of the basketball team.

Jason oversees the tax and business operations for the firm and is widely regarded as the intellectual cornerstone of the team. He brings strong technical knowledge, sharp analytical thinking, and is a valuable resource for complex questions - always providing clear, thoughtful answers with a calm and steady approach. 

Jason's love for music led him to open the Audio Lodge, a recording studio where he writes, rehearses, and records music. Beginning with drums, he later expanded into guitar and vocals. You might catch him around Fremont preforming at various local events. When he's not  working on taxes or music, Jason and his wife Hannah enjoy an assortment of outdoor activities including, biking, archery, rock climbling, kayaking and exploring the many trails of the Bay Area and beyond - all of which they enjoy even more now with the addition of their daughter in 2024.

Kyle has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2014 and has been with the firm since 2016. After obtaining his B.S. degree in Accounting from Chico State in 2011, he began working for KPMG in Santa Clara and started his CPA career in their audit department.

Kyle consistently delivers exceptional service while guiding clients through their tax advisory needs and has an intentional approach to supporting his clients. His deliberate and steady demeanor leaves a lasting impression on those he works with. As the office "Excel Wizard", Kyle keeps the firm organized and current by maintaining spreadsheets. He's known for finding efficient and effective ways to approach complex problems.

Kyle grew up in Fremont, CA where he currently resides with his wife, Page, and their son and daughter. On the weekend, he enjoys spending time with his family and eating his wife's delicious cooking. Some of his hobbies include golfing, biking and working out. A unique part of his background includes his passion for yo-yoing - he once competed and taught children at the Chico Yo-Yo club.

Michelle joined the firm in 2016 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2021. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz in 2015, followed by an M.S. in Accountancy from CSU East Bay in 2018.

Over the years, Michelle has grown into a trusted leader in the administration, accounting, and bookkeeping departments. She plays a vital role in mentoring and encouraging team members throughout the firm and she has the natural ability to juggle many responsibilities while keeping things running smoothly and supporting those around her with ease and reliability. Michelle provides a wide range of functions across the different departments, effectively managing the firm's diverse operational needs.

Michelle and her husband, Jason, welcomed their first child in 2025. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her growing family, and enjoys exploring the Bay Area's dining scene, staying active through basketball and working out, and traveling the world.

Nicholas "Nick" has been an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service since 1988. After graduating from Purdue University in Indiana, he spent time working as an internal auditor for a major hotel chain before joining the firm in 1987. 

In 2026, Nick moved back to Tennessee to be closer to his two adult children and five grandchildren. Now embracing semi-retirement, he remains dedicated to working with his clients remotely during the tax season. 

Outside of work, Nick stays busy DJ'ing, dancing, building model ships, spending time with family, and exploring his lifelong interest in mythology.

Susan "Sue" is the wife of Michael Senadenos and has been with the firm since 1989. Before joining the family business, she worked as a nurse at El Camino Hospital. Over her many years with the firm, Sue has developed extensive expertise in bookkeeping, oversees the office's day-to-day management and serves as one of the firm's most trusted and dependable leaders.

Clients place an incredible amount of trust in Sue, a responsibility she takes very seriously. She is known for her caring nature, unwavering dedication, commitment to accuracy and tireless work ethic. Sue is an invaluable resource to both clients and colleagues.

Susan is the proud mom of four adult children and grandma to ten grandchildren. On weekends, you can catch Sue hanging out with her family or participating in their array of sporting and social events. She also enjoys reading, crafting or working on various cross-stitching projects.

Swati joined the firm in 2019.  She's the first person you see when entering the office - armed with a happy hello and big smile. She has an MBA degree in finance and marketing and has additional experience working as an Implementation Analyst. Swati is the firm's tax assembly extraordinaire and has also expanded her bookkeeping role into sales tax preparation.

Swati resides in Newark, CA with her husband, two children, and her in-laws in a joint family setting. During her free time, you can find her enjoying family time or taking a nap. Swati also enjoys traveling, exploring different cuisines and playing board games where she's a fierce competetor behind that innocent smile.

Andrea joined the firm in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of experience in customer service and bookkeeping, utilizing QuickBooks. Andrea looks forward to client contact and thrives on helping others - you can count on her warm smile and contagious joyful attitude every time you talk with her.  Being detail oriented in nature, Andrea demonstrates strong attention to accuracy, thoroughness, and precision in her work.  

Andrea is a proud mom of three boys and she's also a doting grandma to her grandson. She and her husband Jedd spend many of their evenings and weekends cheering on their boys at sporting events. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, and especially serving in the Children's Ministry at church.

Melissa joined the firm in 2022 and brings more than 15 years of experience working in a variety of office roles. She is always ready to greet clients with a friendly, welcoming and helpful attitude. Known for her calm demeanor, and level-headed approach, Melissa is a steady and reliable presence in the office - especially during the fast-paced tax season.

Melissa is a believer who lives out her faith in her daily life. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jacob, her children, grandchildren, twin sister, and other family and friends. In Melissa's spare time, you can find her working out, walking her dog, reading and scrapbooking.  She finds relaxation in caring for her home and keeping her car sparkling clean. 

Madeline joined the firm in 2023 bringing in vibrant, upbeat energy to the workplace. Her education journey began at CSM, where she played on the college softball team while earning her associate’s degree in business. Madeline later transferred to Menlo College on a softball scholarship, completing her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2021. Her background as a student athlete has instilled in her a commitment to reliability and thoroughness in her work with clients.

When she isn’t in the office, Madeline is likely at a workout class or spending quality time with her family. As a loyal San Francisco Giants fan, she often attends games at Oracle Park, happily indulging in garlic fries and Ghirardelli sundaes. 

Chelsea has been with the firm since 2011 and helps with all the behind-the-scenes work. While mastering accounts receivable, she also juggles multiple administrative tasks - if something is organized and running smoothly, chances are Chelsea had a hand in it.

Chelsea is a proud nerd at heart who loves all things Tolkien, Star Wars, Renaissance faires and math. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and playing video games with her nieces and nephews. Known as the family’s #1 Auntie, no matter the distance, you can always count on her to be in the stands cheering them on. Along with her fun personality, Chelsea’s reliability, organization, and dedication have made her an essential part of the firm’s success for many years.
