About Us

Michael "Mike" has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance. Mike has been in the public accounting field since 1981 and officially opened his practice in Fremont, California in 1985 where he's always prepared to go above and beyond for his clients. His quick wit and sense of humor alleviate stressful moments during meetings. Mike's compassion and dedication go unmatched and the lasting relationships he's built with his clients are a testament to his unwavering commitment. 

Mike has been a basketball coach for various Fremont schools since the early 90's. In 2002, he founded Fremont Shakers, a non-profit organization which develops young baller's technique, skills and love for the game. 

Mike resides in Fremont, CA and works alongside his wife Susan. On the weekend, you can find him playing ball or enjoying time with his 10 grandkids. 

Jason has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2014. He graduated from Bethany University in 2006 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and has been working in the field of accounting since he joined the firm in 2008. 

Jason resides in Newark, CA with his wife Hannah and their daughter. On the side, he runs a recording studio called Audio Lodge and plays the drums, guitar and sings for various bands on the weekend. Jason also enjoys spending quality time with his family or exploring the various trails of the Bay Area.

Kyle has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2014 and has been with the firm since 2016. After obtaining his B.S. degree in Accounting from Chico State in 2011, he began working for KPMG in Santa Clara and started his CPA career in their audit department.  

Kyle grew up in Fremont, CA where he currently resides with his wife Page and their son and daughter.  He loves to yoyo and once competed and taught kids at the Chico Yoyo Club.  On the weekend, you can find Kyle spending time with his family and eating his wife's delicious cooking.  He also enjoys golfing, biking and working out.

Michelle has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2021. She graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.A. degree in Psychology in 2015. Michelle joined the firm in 2016 and has since expanded her role from administration into the bookkeeping and accounting departments. She continued her education at CSU East Bay and graduated with an M.S. degree in Accountancy in 2018.  

Michelle and her husband Jason welcomed their first child in 2025. She enjoys soaking up her spare time with her little family, traveling and dining around the Bay Area.  She also enjoys playing basketball, working out, and travelling around the world. 

Nicholas "Nick" has been an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service since 1988. He attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and worked as an internal auditor for a major hotel chain before joining the firm in 1987. 

In 2026, Nick moved back to Tennessee to be closer to his 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren. He is embracing partial retirement but is still dedicated to working with his clients remotely during the tax season. 

In his spare time, Nick enjoys DJ'ing, dancing, building model ships, visiting his family and all types of mythology. 

Susan "Sue" is the wife of Michael Senadenos and has been with the firm since 1989. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a nurse at El Camino Hospital. During her many years of working in the family business, Sue has gained a vast knowledge of all things bookkeeping and oversees the office management. 

Susan has 4 adult children and 10 grandchildren. On the weekend, you can catch Sue hanging out with her family or participating in their array of sporting and social events. She also enjoys reading, crafting or working on various cross-stitching projects.

Swati joined the firm in 2019.  She's the first person you see when entering the office - armed with a big smile. She has an MBA degree in finance and marketing and has additional experience working as an Implementation Analyst. 

Swati resides in Newark, CA with her husband, 2 kids, and her in-laws in a joint family setting. During her free time, you can find her enjoying family time or taking a nap. She also enjoys traveling, playing board games, and exploring different cuisines.

Andrea joined the firm in 2021. She has more than 25 years of experience working in customer service and bookkeeping experience utilizing QuickBooks. Andrea looks forward to client contact and thrives on helping others. You can count on her smile and contagious joyful attitude when talking to her. 

Andrea is a proud mom of 3 boys and she's also a doting grandma to her grandson. She and her husband Jedd spend many of their evenings and weekends cheering on their boys at sporting events. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, and especially serving in the Children's Ministry at church.

Melissa joined the firm in 2022. She has more than 15 years of experience working in various office roles and is always ready to greet clients with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Melissa is a believer who lives out her faith in many ways. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband Jacob, her children, grandchildren, her twin sister, extended family, and friends. In Melissa's spare time, you can find her reading or scrapbooking.

Madeline joined the firm in 2023 bringing in vibrant, upbeat energy to the workplace. Her education journey began at the College of San Mateo, where she played on the college softball team while earning her associate’s degree in business. Madeline later transferred to Menlo College on a softball scholarship, completing her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2021. Her background as a student athlete has instilled in her a passion for helping clients.

When she isn’t in the office, Madeline is likely at a workout class or spending quality time with her family. As a loyal San Francisco Giants fan, she often attends games at Oracle Park, happily indulging in garlic fries and Ghirardelli sundaes. 

Chelsea joined the firm in 2011. While mastering accounts receivable, she also juggles multiple administrative tasks - if something is organized and running smoothly, chances are Chelsea had a hand in it behind-the-scenes.

Chelsea is a proud nerd at heart who loves all things Tolkien, Star Wars, Renaissance faires, comics, math, and science. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and playing video games with her nieces and nephews. Known as the family’s #1 Auntie, no matter the distance, you can always count on her to be in the stands cheering them on. Along with her fun personality, Chelsea’s reliability, organization, and dedication have made her an essential part of the firm’s success for many years.
